In 2024, the Advanced Placement Program (AP) added the Belmont Campus to their AP Honor Roll, awarded to schools whose AP programs are delivering results for students while broadening access. High schools around the U.S. can earn this recognition annually by showing a commitment to increasing college-going culture, providing opportunities for students to earn college credit, and maximizing college readiness.
In the 2023-24 school year, the Belmont Campus was given GOLD status and given the AP Access Award, which honors schools that demonstrate a clear and effective commitment to equitable access to advanced coursework. Learn more 这里.
They also awarded the AP Computer Science Female Award to the Downtown Campus in 2023, and to both Belmont and Downtown in 2022. This award is for schools that have achieved either 50% or higher female exam taker representation in one of or both AP computer science courses, or a percentage of female computer science exam takers that meets or exceeds that of the school’s female population.
