We are very focused on the success of teachers, and support new teachers through mentoring, coaching and work alongside experienced teachers. We have a weekly early release day for staff collaboration, and support teachers to attend outside professional development. We seek ongoing feedback from staff about items big and small.
Diversity is one of Intrinsic’s biggest and most celebrated assets, and our whole-community approach starts with staff. We support all differences in personal identities and work experiences, and rely on all voices and ongoing reflection to ensure all adults are able to bring their whole selves to work.
Brand-new custom buildings, a staff wellness program and ample supplies help make it easy and inspiring to spend time in our schools. We also offer no-cost services like one-on-one financial advising and mentoring, and an immersive summer sabbatical program after 10 years of service.
