We are working to build a school culture and climate where differences are respected, appreciated and make us stronger. We strive for an environment where all students, families and staff feel comfortable being exactly who they are – with respect to race, gender, sexuality and however they identify. It is our job to create opportunities for students, families and staff to reflect, learn from others and grow.
Intrinsic celebrates differences.
We want Intrinsic students to develop a strong sense of self, and to grow confident in who they are, their beliefs and their future goals. We help students navigate their postsecondary options and make choices that will inform their young adulthood, and support them as they learn to advocate for themselves and their communities.
An inclusive culture is critical to student development – one that celebrates identities, learns together, and affirms each individual.
An inclusive culture also supports the well-being of all members of the extended Intrinsic community.
