From day one, Intrinsic has provided all students with their own chromebook. Students can take them home every day and use them over the summer. Many classes also use online tools such as iXL, ThinkCerca and Khan Academy to augment traditional novels and paper-based materials. These tools allow us to strengthen individualized pathways for students, and challenge them with materials at their exact instructional level.
But we don’t use tech alone. We strongly believe that learning is social, and know that students learn best when they are thinking critically and debating with peers. All Intrinsic courses have a mix of shared experiences and personalized instruction.
